Just recover your password at minecraft.net

I cant see how you tried to change your password if you cant login. If you can't recover your password, then why not? You just use your email address. If you decided to use same password for your email address, then try recovering your email.

This time choose a more secure password and don't make it the same as your email for Obvious Reasons.

Run the minecraft.exe as a admin?
