So Im new in this game... and I started to create a map with traps... but the map is a category (level) that makes the player to destroy a block with one click, the map is flat grass..

No doubt the map you are using was saved in creative mode.
Hence the one click destroying.

try getting to many items mod that should help out ok
if it is i will laugh because the whole map is dirt and grass
is test flat grass
so... why do you need help?
