Is there any way to give a player their own head through command blocks?

Yes. /give @p 1 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:playerexactname}
Put that in the command block.

not that I know of, but you can type /give (your ign) 397 1 3 {SkullOwner:"(ign of whoever you want caps count!)"}
