Need Help Making a Command... or Two

I'm trying to figure out the command to type in for summoning an upside-down mob riding a regular mob.
Also trying to figure out how to make an iron golem want to attack the player. There must be some sort of trickery to do in order to make that happen, right?
Can anyone help me with this, Please? Thanks in advance!

All I know is the upside down one needs to be named dinnerbone or grumm
to make mobs ride, it should be something like /summon Creeper ~ ~ ~ {CustomName:"Dinnerbone",Riding:{["Creeper"]}}
Im not sure if that is right though.
As for the Iron Golem, I don't think there's any entitydata for that.
