I need some Multiplayer compatible mods..
I want some mods usable in multiplayer, Not mods like Optifine or Rei's minimap.
I want mods that people actually NOTICE you have them.
Like a punch mod or something.
A mod that is usable in a server, Not exactly cheating but a Mod that people NOTICE im using.

There aren't any mods that other people will notice since what the mod adds usually isn't in the game and therefore other people's computers will not be able to load the image and process it. Unless other people have the mod no one will see you using the mod.
I bet no one is going to notice this thread.
