well it was still technicaly part of the game i.e rain and snow were in the files and part of the game (just not obtainable/seeable)

well it was just a pic then , now its an actual item so i say its not a refind its a prefind so ha! XD
just checked the terrain.png for v 1.4 and it is there and now that I remember it it has been there for a very long time, it is in the top right section (a section that has not had a purple box it it (purple box is no item))
