Plugin Developers Needed

The Bobotropolis network is looking for two more developers to complete our development team! We expect developers that are...
Experienced. We need developers who know how to program. Knowledge of the Spigot API would be nice, but all we require is the Bukkit API. It helps a lot if you have programed many different plugins before.
Have time on their hands. We can't be put last, we need to be put first. After all, you will be rewarded.
Work well with others. This does not mean you will necessarily be forced to work with others on the same plugin - however, you are expected to help eachother out.
Active on Skype & Forums. Simple, we need programmers who are active on forums (Bukkit or Spigot), and we need programmers who are active on Skype, as Skype will be our primary form of communication.
Needs a PayPal account. Unless you choose to work for free, you need a way to receive your payment.

I program myself, so I am aware the stress developers can be under and how they are requested too much for such little reward. There will be money rewards if interested. I will also double check all the code and help look for bugs - It's just I will be so busy with school I cannot develop any plugins as of the moment.
