Problem has been solved and I'm smelling an impending flame war due to mini-modding, so I'll be locking this. No need to bump a thread if all you're going to say is "problem solved". Just edit your original post to include that the thread isn't needed because you've fixed it.

Am I telling you what to do? No. I am making a statement within a question. But do as you wish, I mention it because I try to help others to not get in trouble, without being seen as minimodding, I merely try to look out for others

I think a mod should lock this now It's been solved.

Either you have to keep looking, or you have something in the server.properties set to false.
I think its like, generateStructures: false, or something like that.
