6/10 it needs more decor and you should work on making the first rooms slightly larger in my opinion

It's simple, but it seems to have all the information you need in a spawn. I recommend making it a little bit bigger, and nice architecture. 5/10 from me.
3/10 for me too, building standards are a lot higher nowadays, so many amazing things out there
3/10 compared to some builds this is really basic not very detailed and small but that all comes with practice just keep building
