Is He Real?

Everyone says he is fake...they say hes just a myth..."He isn't real, hes just some made up tale". But the question is...is he?
This story about a Herobrine encounter, is true, and this story has never been told...until now.

Part I

It was a bright and sunny day in Minecraft. It was dawn, and I just got out of bed. I was hungry so I cooked up some chicken. I went outside to build, mine, and discover. Like the usual day. I usually build over night and turn it on peaceful (derp) so I don't have to worry about creepers. It was dusk and I started to build something, but when I was building it, I caught something out of the corner of my eye, I said to myself, its just a zombie. So I kept building, then it snapped, I realized, I had it on peaceful, I checked to be sure, and it was. I looked back to where I saw it, but it was gone.. I just ignored it and kept building, "It was probably just a cow or something" I had said. The next few days were regular, nothing unusual. Until one day, probably 2 or 3 minecraft days later, something very freaky happened. I was mining, and I came across something fairly odd. It was a 2 block high path in the stone, going for farther than I could see, and it was lit up with redstone torches. So, as the usual person, I walked in it. It was taking forever to walk, so I decided to turn around, but that would be useless for how far I came. So I kept walking some more, and I came across a room with 8 gold blocks in a square, a netherrack on top (lit), and 4 redstone torches surrounding it. I was a little worried now so I decided to look it up. It said, that in the game of Minecraft, there was a ghost, that was said to haunt the game. It was also said to be Notch's brother. It said that when they asked Notch if he had a brother, he said, "Yes, but hes not with us anymore." The Herobrine was described to be a default Steve, but with plain white eyes, and no pupils in them. In the midst of reading about it, I hear a weird noise in Minecraft. I went back to playing. It said this was supposedly a Herobrine spawner. I decided there was nothing weird in this room so I left, but as I was turning around, I saw him...or I thought I did, so I just left and thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me. I went back to my house. It was sundown so I decided to go to sleep. When I woke up, the first thing I noticed was my house was gone! I didn't know what the heck happened, so I decided to gather up my stuff (or what was left of it) and leave. I walked a good distance to a plain with mountains in the horizon. But on top of one of the mountains, I thought I saw something. I pulled out my bow--that I brought in case anything like this happened-- and made my first shot at it. Miss. Another shot..Miss. Finally on my third shot, I hit it! Or at least I thought I did, it disappeared so maybe I hit it off the mountain, I thought to myself. I walked up the mountain to see if it died. But, I found nothing. I decided it was no big deal, so I turned around to walk back down the mountain, when I came face to face, staring into the empty eyes, of Herobrine....

Part II

I was in shock for a couple of seconds, I didn't know what to do, I didn't know what to think. Then, he disappeared. I stood there for a minute, trying to get through my brain what just happened. Finally I pulled it together. I was being haunted by him! Herobrine, I didn't believe in him at first. But there he was just now, with his white eyes! From that point I went back to where my old house was to see if I could find some clues. Once I arrived, I looked around. Nothing unnatural. I go to my mine. I go to the exact spot where I saw the 2 high wall, but its gone. Vanished. I checked to make sure this was where I saw it, but I was certain that this was the spot. At that moment I hear footsteps from behind. I look back, nothing. I turn around and start mining random spots to see if I could run into the old pathway. Again, I hear footsteps from behind, but closer. I looked back, still nothing. I placed a few torches and got my diamond sword at the ready.

After mining a while I ran into the pathway, it was where it originally was, but it was sealed up. I walked in. But this time, instead of taking about ten minutes to travel through it, it took merely ten seconds! I arrived at the Herobrine spawner, the same, lit netherrack on top of eight blocks of gold in a square and four redstone torches sorrounding it. I didn't know what to do, so I destroyed it, feeling anger, hatrid, and somewhat scared. After it was gone, I turned around and started to leave, looked back one more time, and saw the Herobrine spawner. I destroyed it again, but it just kept coming back, so I just left it. I ran out of the pathway, out of the mine, and as far away as that place I could get. I traveled days, weeks, and no Herobrine. I kept running, thinking that if I get away from that spot, I will not be haunted by him...ever. Finally when I found what I thought would be the perfect spot for my house, I built it, made a fresh mine, looked twice for the two by one paths in the stone. None found. "I finally escaped Herobrine" I had said. If only I'd knew, that was impossible.
