Guys, there's been quite a while since I posted a project. I have been working on a big project; an adventure map. I have done some and I'm stuck. No I do not need ideas, but rather some redstone help. I can't seem to get a contraption to work right. I'm not super-duper with redstone though so someone with somewhat average redstone knowledge (higher couldn't hurt) is needed.
If anyone is interesting to atleast have a look and point out whats wrong and would gladly help, I'd be more than thankfull.
Note that I can't give you the worldsave, but what I can give you is the schematic.

Needs more redstone. Just put down wires in random spots, with an essence of carelessness. That is how I make my masterpieces.
