Hello,
I recently paid a plugin developer named -no- to code me a plugin, $50. The plugin was moderate, but not to complex. He was a very nice guy at the start and then he all of a sudden deleted me on Skype, banned me from his server and did not give me a refund and is keeping the money. If you would like to see evidence I have it all and you can simply see it by adding me on Skype, prodigyuniverse.

Nothing anyone can really do. I'm not sure, but I guess you could get the police involved?
Did you pay through paypal? If so, undo the purchase, and you'll get the money back.
Did you use PayPal? Open a dispute with them. Also did you just pay him directly, or through a website service?
