Hi. I own a Minecraft server network, and I am at the point where I am thinking off recruiting Administrators, and paying them as well. By this, I don't mean where you sit on your chair, and do nothing. I mean, doing configuring work, setting up ranks, plugins and much more.
I was wondering if anyone would possibly know how much that would cost, if it was per month, per day, per year. Whatever, I was just wondering how much YOU would say it would cost to hire an Administrator for a server network.

To be honest, it depends on what hes doing, and how much work he has. If you asked me to setup a network, including purchasing any plugins, configuring them, ect, with around 7-8 servers, I would start with a minimum of $150 base price. You're probably thinking thats a bit high to start with, but that also includes a plugins that I need to purchase. Thats my two cents.

It depends on the quality of your network.
Its like a bell curve, If you are just starting out you would need to pay quite a bit to get someone who would dedicate themselves as the network could flop and all the work would be gone. Id say about $50 a month for an average administrator that is able to work effectively back end
If your network is not new and you have several servers to show for then you will not need to pay much of anything until later, due to the likelyhood of success these admins could be free of charge due to personal interest. Otherwise about $20 a month will satisfy most administrators as long as they arent the only ones working.
If you own a large network with a decent player base you will need to pay more as Administrators would be expected to deal with massive amounts of players and submit changes to the server that would affect many players.
For this you would need top notch administrators and these can run you upwards of 200$ per month.
However, pricing is ultimately up to you. However much you want to spend is exactly what you should expect to get. Just remember that most any minimum wage job will blow that 200$ out of the water so I would suggest you hire an administrator that already has a job and is still dedicated to the server.

I would say about $25 a month, But it really depends on what you exactly excpect them to do
if you want to pay administrators you need to be careful about who your recruit and how you recruit them
