Server Admins
Server Admins.
I would like to know how others go about getting staff for there servers?
How do you know that you can even trust that person?
There are ways you can limit any damage but any misplaced trust could still upset and distress players on the server so how do people vet potential Admins?

On most servers the staff is donors, but back in 1.2.5 I had a server and me and 3 of my friends were admins
another way to get staff to trust they should send you an application saying how many times they've been kicked/banned or if they have a history of hacking
P.S an admin that my friend trusted hack our server and banned everyone. So be careful!

I feel you man, I would just say make them spend time on server and get to know them ;/
