I recently made a minecraft server. I am trying to download essentials but it just keeps giving me the loading screen. I checked my internet and its good i live in michigan and the host is in arizona im not sure if thats the problem but please help me

Go here: dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/essentials/files/217-essentials-2-13-1/
Click on "Download"
When it downloads unzip the .zip (extract the files by right clicking)
Copy the .jar(s) into the server plugins folder.
Click on "Download"
