Server net working?

I play on a few servers and one that usually has 3000-4000 has like 500, skyblock.net seems to only have like 50, and a few other servers have like less then a fourth of their normal player capacity. Plus my game crashes when logging on, this could be the result of something I did when playing and glitched it but something like this happened a couple weeks ago.

Don't post tons of hate if I end up being a noob.
