[Stolen] Server's Spawn

Note: I didn't know where to post this.
As a builder I am proud of the things I build and how orginial they are. I know others feel that way too, but what I don't get is when players use others builds without asking. What I don't get is why a server owner would do this too.
This will be server A.

So server A (currently on its 3 verison) has serveral nice building built by talented builders (I am one along with an admin there) who take pride in their work. Now server B. Nice server has some orginal ideas but it's towny's server spawn! Their spawn was orginially a spawn from server A back before 1.5. All that was done to it was a few buildings were removed that is it. Heres where they got it from: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/northern-realms-spawncity-schematic/ That part of the map was downloaded using the World Downloader Mod. I talked with the owner and he said he would change it (doubt it).
The funny part is the owner is currently on my server and keeps asking for my map seed or more downloads from server A. It just annoyes me that this happens.
Annoyone else want to share a story like this?
