My plan is to create a server with spawn hub with Faction, Survival and Mini games Portal. Q: Which is better? Create separate world for each portal in the hub OR create just 1 world and just pick some coordinates in the same world for each portal.

The best way is to have a hub world, and a separate world per gamemode. though if you end up getting a lot of people you may want to make it separate servers.
