Server TexturePack Help

Hello, I currently have a server (fallenearth.mcph.co) and i would like to know if someone can help me with a Texture Pack. The Texture Pack I would like is 3D guns and some other re-textures. Here is a list of the different objects/sounds I would like re-textured:

Redstone Comparator: C4 Detonator (does not have to be 3D)
Music Disk C418 - 13: Desert Eagle (3D)
Music Disk C418 - cat: Type 95 Rifle (3D)
Minecart: Landmine (3D or 2D)

Music Disk C418 - mellohi: .357 Magnum (3D)
Lever: C4 Remote
Steve Head: C4
Grey Dye: Flashbang (3D)
