Should be deleted
There are a few things in minecraft that have been added that I think are unnecessary and should be deleted. Tell me what do you, boys and girls would like to erase from minecraft.
I think that first of all the horses. It is more like a mod than plain minecraft. At second place comes the wither boss and skeletons because seriously, a second boss is ruining the big-ender-boss-dragon-thing. #3 comes the witch. it's pointless.

Emeralds, Villigers, Bats, Witches, Lapiz Lazuli, Coal Block, Beacons and finally the bane of arthropods encantment.

Yeah i know, but they are all just unnecessary junk.
Emeralds = Trading, good decoration. Keep.
Villagers = Uh, no. That's the only NPC, and it's good for getting stuff. Keep.
Bats = Eh, they're not that important. Trash
Lapis = No more blue dye?!?! You crazy? Keep.
Coal Block = This new block is a very efficient fuel source. Keep.
Beacons = They're a bit too hard to get, and kind of a waste of diamonds/etc. Trash.
Bane of Arthropods = That enchantment is so handy. (It does extra damage against spiders, silverfish, and cave spiders kind of like how Smite does extra damage to zombies .) Keep.

Tbh lapis is my fav, and Bane Of Arthropods Enchantment, it kills Spiders easier
-Lapis is a pretty dye, the base for even prettier ones such as cyan
-Emeralds are just pretty, I'm all for asthetics

These are just my opinions on what you listed, I definitely agree with some like witches.

Pumpkins. They server no purpose really.
They do: If you have it on, you can stare at endermen without them attacking
Pumpkins are good for fighting the ender dragon and endermen because when you look at a enderman with a pumpkin on your head they wont agro.
for me they do actually. I can go around interchanging pumpkinblur.png files and just run around my world.

Uhmm... Wither skeletons are required to get the Wither boss, Also, if you get stuck in the Nether cus' a ghast destorys your portal, you can make a firecharge! The Wither skeletons drop coal,which you need.

I guess my opinion of the villagers is just solely down to the fact that they are a complete and utter rip off. In adventure maps they are very useful but in survival they are almost completely useless. I also don't find the bane of arthropods enchantment that needed because sharpness already does the same thing as that does but just as an all round effect. Plue i play pvp so i have no use for bane of arthropods.

I found my first legit spawned one on a vanilla server last week. They be so powerful -_-
I think ocelets should be as easy to tame as wolves.

Haha I see witches spawning legit all of the time, but you're right, they're useless. There aren't any chests inside their houses, making any attempt to kill them pointless. I personally like villagers- a lot of their trades suck, but sometimes they're fine- like you have tons of books but can't seem to find any diamonds for armor, trade the books for emeralds and then trade the emeralds for diamond armor. Emerald ore needs to spawn more, though- maybe it's just me but I've never seen it spawn naturally. Lapis lazuli is good, beacons are impossible to get and are only useful in adventure maps, and coal blocks are super useful for not taking up so much room in chests.
I think they should remove:

3. Snow Golems

Sponges, I don't necessarily want them gone, but I would love to see their old use re-implemented. Building in the ocean would be 10x easier.
I would like to see a crafting recipe for it.
