My MC single player isn't working and multiplayer is? I force updated, got rid of all my worlds, and did all the tricks in the book but minecraft 1.2.5 has spazzed up my computer! anybody know a way to fix this? (windows 7, too many items, optifine 1.2.5) please can somebody help me?

Why you delete all saves? You should have just moved them out of the folder so you could have kept them...Also try changing your optifine options to a setting with lower demands (ie. low fog level, fast graphics, etc.) If that doesn't work, do as biglugs said, FORCE THE UPDATE.
