So I just started up my server SplitCraft and i'm working on a public wither dome. I got a lot of plugins such as world guard, world edit, playershops, bank, mcmmo, and many others. Now with the wither dome is there a way I can make it so a wither spawns but there can only be one. Then when someone kills it, it takes a hour to respawn and there can only be one again. A one hour timer would not work because there would be more then one wither because it wont be killed every hour. You can post below or go to 198.24.135.218:25622 my server to help.
