Speed up minecraft

Hi im using a fairly new desktop PC to play minecraft, but the lag is really annoying. It will lag for ages at the start then run smoothly and suddenly lag loads again and keeps doing it.

Maybe the worlds not loaded properly but i hope it fixes.
