Old Spice - Should spawn you right by a village on top of water. Blacksmith shop has 3 diamonds
d47g0n - Spawns you near a nice village with stuff in the blacksmith shop. About 7 dungeons withing 200 blocks within spawn.

If you're on the Xbox360 try INeedAGoodSeed! You spawn next to a cave filled with iron and coal.
