OK so I'm testing something out with Herobrine. I've downloaded a .png file of his skin and I'll see if he apperars.

Just a texture won't show up in game... You need a mod and coding to actually call upon the texture in question.

I'm not using it as my skin. I put it in the mobs folder in the minecraft.jar folder.
He won't appear unless you have a mod.Just a texture won't do anything.
Herobrine has been disproved a million times. There is no coding to support him and all of mojang says he does not exist.

Is this a joke?Yes he will appear, but only as you because you'll be using his skin.
but he might not appear because you may need class files for his actions, when he should spawn, etc.
I meant he will be using his skin and there will be no separate mob....if he was going to use it as his skin.
