Okay so this is something that has been bothering me for a long time now and people still do not know the difference between a Plugin Developer and a Plugin Manager so today i am going to explain this difference to you.
A Plugin Developer is someone who codes Bukkit Plugins using the programming language Java, a example of this would be here: Source Code
And a Plugin Manager is someone who configures plugin that Plugin Developer have programmed, for example: PermissionsEX
