I'm looking to see what good theme for my server would I don't have one yet and I don't want to have the same theme as other servers trying to find a "one of a kind" theme.

modpack server isn't a bad idea but one I can't host my up speed sucks lol and really dont have the extra funds to pay for the paid server hosting of a modpack server. But I'm pretty sure I could implement the jobs thing and the buying of houses is easy enough I have a world that is flat with plots and you buy the plots so on one of the other worlds I could build houses and put them for sale in the same way. I really like the jobs idea though, I'm going to look into it right now lol.

Well, I have a good idea: There should be a server where you can have a work such as mining. You could sell or buy items in shops. There would be a lot of houses, and you could buy them with virtual money (that you got by working or selling items).
Another advice, if you can do it, make a modpack server! That would be more exciting!
