Is this plugin Possible?

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a server plugin for laser tag were your arrows fly directly forward and strait and you get points depending on were you hit the other person. It would also be cool if people could be timed out for 5 seconds after they get shot that they can't get shot, shot people, but they can still move. If anyone could tell me if that's possible it would be awesome. Thanks!

Anything is possible, with hardwork there is no obstacles *breaks into a dance*
New textures & new renders aren't possible. Basically anything that is client side.

The only thing I would add to this plugin is a texture pack that made it look like a lazer
Yes, it is possible.
It'd be possible, although hit detection on different parts of the body would be hard to do, although not impossible.
