Viewing Skin Problem

Hi, I recently noticed that when i go to view a skin and click the buttons under it (e.g Change background, run, look around etc) Don't work and that i have to click slightly above it for it to work and its quite annoying. Has anyone else had this problem..? If so can you please sort this out please
