I would recomand GAListener

Use a plugin called "SimpleVoteListener". It automatically connects with votifier, so you have to install votifier as well. But no listener, just those two plugins. The SimpleVoteListener allows you to run commands on vote, so in that case you can give whatever you wants, and how much you wants.
