maybe the processor of your computer doesn't supports java, that's happening to me and now i know what's worse than death
I actually got it to work, I saw a video that told me to delete the options.txt and reinstall the launcher, then it worked.

try deleting every file, and them reinstall minecraft, its always work for me
and i forgo to mention thats is every file from the minecraft folder, that you can find generally at appdata on your pc, and check if your java runtime is on the lastest version
