Phantoms are the worst. The game punishes you for not sleeping, even though sleeping is easier than fighting/surviving the night...

I've never fought them. I never had a reason not to sleep, But I meant that their drop is worth fighting them to acquire. A lot more than skeletons and zombies can say...
