What type of server?

I have a question for all of you, what is your favorite type of server?

I've been thinking about it and my favorite type of server is a balanced server with a regular survival mod server with protections on your home so you don't get griefed, a fun minigame, and a good community.

I just want to ask what planetminecrafts general favorite type of server is, because I want to make my own but I am open to suggestions . Feel free to answer!
