I have a question and i cant seem to find it anywhere online.
can change the path of the mods folder so lets say i want it in my dropbox or onedrive to keep my mods synced, is that a possibility?

The path of the mods folder is set up by Forge these days and there's no config to change its location. The only way would be to rewrite part of Forge to do it, which is unlikely to happen.
