Chronicle Mod

So I was bored then I had this idea popped in my head. I don't know how to make a mod so I'm going to share my idea about this chronicle mod. In the movie there was a stone that gave them the power. I forgot I think the stone crashed and they found the hole they went in and they found this weird blue shining stone that made their nose bleed and after that the cave collapsed and they got out and they got the power. In this mod there will be glistening blue stones that crashes and makes a cave and if you find it the the cave will start to collapse so you will run out the cave. If you succesfully escaped you can get powers like flying and telekenesis etc. I hope someone would make this possible this is just and idea so don't judge me.
