Crafting Dead IPs?

Hi, I'm trying to make a pack using crafting dead as a base, but all of my mods require a newer MCforge than crafting dead has preinstalled, and when I installed the newer forge,the "Crafting Dead: cure" option from the main menu disapeared and I need the IPs for the servers, so does anyone know the IPs of the oficial crafting dead server and sponcered servers?
