Just saying, having "Idea Maker" as a job is extremely hard, it would be better to have your modders and texture makers to work together and form ideas. It may seem like a cool concept to have people to come up with ideas, but it is much better to have the people who know if something is possible/reasonable. I have experience texturing for mods for people(all of which never got updated to my textures and were dropped before their release :C) and it is a lot simpler without people who don't know really what they are talking about making a ton of suggestions that aren't really possible or something only a professional could do.

TL;DR Idea Makers don't always know what is possible or not, its better to have a small team of coders/texture makers working together.

Experience: I am a really, really, really creative person. I have had over 20 mod ideas and some of them have filled up entire notebooks (I have a lot of free time). Unfortunately, i'm usually only on for 1 hour a day, but I could make an exception for an hour or two more.
Links: I know that it sounds weird that I have links for ideas, but I thought that it would be a good idea to post my ideas and get other peoples opinions on them. I was also trying to find a modder to help me because whenever I try to learn Java, it just looks like a bunch of random words and numbers. Primarily, I would be able to code any websites, forums, blogs, etc. My main languages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, C++ and Java. Any Ideas you'd like to share?: Effects of mobs on you for example, a zombie would give a bleeding effect, looking at the wither would give you an effect of slowing you down or stuff like that and another idea is a mod where villages have warrior villagers that come out and fight zombies at night. And finally, A mod with extra zombies that have certain abilities. for example a zombie that when you hit it, it screams and 10-20 zombies spawn near it!

Ideas you've made for mods that have been made: Well none but i think that i could have some good ideas like a mod that adds more hostile mobs like more end mobs and even more nether mobs, Also improved villages like add more buildings and improve the trading system
Any Ideas you'd like to share?: I was thinking of like a Day Z type of mod were citys generate and zombies are the only thing that spawn and there is other survivors the you can trade weapons with! (Many people think of this but i could think of new ways of making it fun)
Also me and my friend thought of a little interesting mod called the Lorax mod.
Basically its just like the movie were it involves chopping down trees but if you chop down to many trees without replanting them Lorax's will attack you and the more trees you chop down the more Lorax's will attack you and the stronger they get
