Custom Lan Mod please?

im trying to do a custom ip and port in Skyfactory Modpack. Version is 1.7.10

i want to beable to set the ip address, the port, and the motd. Is there a mod for 1.7.10 that im to blind to see thats in other modpacks? please! i need it! also, if you have the mod, upload it directly to the website, i have parental controls on this computer, so please dont link it to me. just the file itself.
