Custom Mod pls?

Alright so to start off, I've been developing a vanilla-like modpack, relatively good fps on my laptop so far, amazing terrain-gen, etc.
Now ith that terrain gen comes like floating mountains and stuff and so I have an amazing idea for a mod to be developed by anyone willing to.
The mod concept:
Fabric 1.18 - 1.18.1
Whenever players are within a 50 block distance of large floating "natural structures" made of dirt and other earthy blocks, gravity starts to change by affecting the player's speed subtly, and jump height depending on how close they are. The 50 blocks would go in all directions except above the mountainous structure.
Now I don't know how to mod, but based on what I do know about Minecraft and coding, I feel like this would be somewhat easy to make.
So as a request, I wanna know if any mod makers for fabric would be willing to develop a mod for my modpack based on my specifications, or tell me of one that's compatible with my modpack and already exists. :)
