Custom Plugin Needed

Platydroid here as a spokesman for Team Talonzire.
We are planning on making a custom minigame for our server. Requires the use of plugins to change around game mechanics to turn a structure into a player-controllable vehicle. Problem: we do not have a plugin to do this, nor do we know of a plugin already available for this.
If there is anyone out there who thinks that they know how to do this, can make this plugin, or knows of a plugin already available to make this happen, please contact me pr Team Talonzire here or via PM.

It allows you to turn a structure into a player controlled vehicle, ship or 'aircraft' which can ascend and descend. Unfortunately, it's not very configurable as far as speeds go.

No one is going to create a free plugin. Maybe if you paid, but hard to come by.
