So, hate when you have black wool, but make a red bed? What if there were other colored beds! Please note: they have to be a solid color for it to work now. BUT WAIT!
What if there was a combination one? Like red, white and blue wool makes a flag bed. So then, what if there was a catalog with all the beds you made in the server, and if there were two of the same combinations, you could pick a certain type, thus getting that type has a higher chance. BUT WAIT! What if there were other styles of beds? Maybe one that can heal you? Maybe a water bed? Maybe one that moves? Maybe one that you can be on all day! (a couch) BUT WAIT! What if you made a bed frame with sticks and stuff, then put beds in there? Like flint and steel! Or a torch! Then you could have a big bed, and both beds you add in will be besides eachother. So then, since I suck at modding, did I give you an idea?

Im sure i saw a coloured bed mod somewhere, have a look around first.
Or you could just have the exploding bed...
