Hello, I'm currently working on a modpack and need help finding a way to teleport players from one dimension to another when they complete a certain task or get a certain item. The idea of the modpack is that you spawn in the nether and have to work your way through dimensions to defeat the final boss.

You could use mysticraft? It is a mod that allows you to teleport using books, Just go to the place you want to teleport to and click with an unlinked-link book and then place it at the end of the place you would like to teleport from.
Or you could use the teleports from industrial craft...
