Forge 1.12.2 mod developer needed

Hi, basically I wanted to see if a mod for forge 1.12.2 could be made that would change a player's ambient sound, hit sound, hurt sound, and a keybined sound that plays when a certain key is pressed. The sounds would play as any other mobs sounds and would be able to be changed and customized. And For all of these, I wanted to see if custom folders could be made to add any sound to play for each of the sound actions. For example, if I wanted to make my hit noise a pig oink I would drop the file in / sound mod--> hit sound --> oink.mp3. And I wanted the sound to be able to be played server-side so for example if a player is near me they could hear my ambient noise, thanks that's all!
