Forge Installer doesnt open!
So I use Windows 11. When I try to open the latest version of Forge with the latest version of Java Platform SE Binary, it either shows a terminal for a split-second, or it reopens the "Open this app in" tab. What do I do?

Run the JAR file from the terminal and tell me what happens, or any error messages that pop out:
"java -jar (filename.jar)"
If a console window appears and immediately disappears it probably tried to give you an error screen but the program just closed too quickly for you to read it.
Don't use 'javaw' for this since it hides console output.
