So i have recently been using many mods but i would like to now if there is a way to make your forge mods go into a specific version like i would like 1.6.4 to have pixelmon and 1.5.2 have ugocraft is this possible?

With the new launcher profile system, it seems possible with some work.

Because all profiles are kept inside a minecraft directory, forge will attempt to pull all mods from the "mods" folder, so you, either, switch the mods folder you use, or use the profile system to make new minecraft directories.
