I play the Yogscast's Moonquest modpack by ATLauncher, and I have about a million materials, but nothing I want to make. I've already been to the moon, and I've got quarries and a digital miner.So if anybody comes up with something I should work towards, please tell me.

Find a mod --> Reach the "end" of that mod.
I recommend Thaumcraft or Ars Magica since they often require materials and procedures that you need to work to get, also when you already have a lot of materials (spell crafting and researching, for an example).
