Im having problems with mods!!!
i want to throw my computer out of my window my mods and forge is dowloaded but it wont work fml i mean my forge is working but i cant upload my mods on it

update i am now trying a simply horses mod installer and when it downloads it stops and it says

When you try to launch minecraft, is there any error messages? If there is, please post them here. If it just won't launch, make sure it's for 1.7.2. And by this time, I'd think about updating to 1.7.8, just sayin'
This is why you learn Java before you jump right into trying to Mod Minecraft and JUST trying to learn Java for Minecraft. There is more to Java than Minecraft, people.
OP isn't making mods if that is what you mean. He is trying to install them. Also, I don't see how learning Java would help. I know nothing about Java but I learned how to install mods just fine.
Also at OP. I have found your problem... Simply horses isn't a 1.7.2 mod. It is a 1.5.2 mod and thus cannot work with your 1.7.2 forge.

Yes, I'm sorry, I read the title and instantly thought they meant they were having trouble with their mods. I had no assumption that they were installing mods. I guess I should of read the OP's question better

Also at OP. I will repeat that the simply horses mod will not work with your 1.7.2 forge. Simply horses is a 1.5.2 mod. If you want to get it downgrade your minecraft and install the 1.5.2 version of forge.

well im using forge version 1.7.2 and im trying to download simply horses for 1.7.2 im just lost now lol ive been working on this for a week its sad i know but thanks
Have you:
-Made sure you are using the correct Minecraft version
-Made sure the mods are the right version
-Made sure the mods are compatible with forge
-Extracted the mod from the zipped folder
