Help!

Hello again. I need help with world downloader. I don't know what to do next. I deleted META INF, I added the mod into the jar, what am I doing wrong? I have mcpatcher and optifine installed. Any advice? I really want the mod. Thanks. I use a toshiba windows laptop. Please help!
