HELP! ERROR: Internal Exception

When I try to join my own modded server I get kicked and have this error message, absolutely nothing appears in console.

There could be many reasons, the first 2 I can think of is that this has been known to be caused by usernames which contain more than 16 charachters.
Another reason is people using the Tlauncher, which I don't recommend. If you are using Tlauncher, try something else. for example, MultiMC which is a safe launcher to use, available from here : https://multimc.org/
