Help need modder!

Hello this is Forbidden Creeper
Anyway I need a modder for this mod i will be making but I can't use java or find any usefull mod maker tools so I need a modder.
I will list that you did all the modding but I will do the designing. You can give ideas to me while I am disigning.
I may decide to add mobs but mainly blocks, items, tools, weapons, maybe biomes.

I could do the mod, depending on how complex it is (which is pretty complex to actually take over 6 hours of work). I have a friend who helps me with textures, so I'm pretty well off.
Almost forgot, Hello my fellow walking explosive (creeper).
